alice kok dance

Alice Kok is a South African/German choreographer and dancer with a ceaseless passion for music & movement. 

​

Drawing from her diverse training background, including stints in Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, London, Johannesburg and Cape Town, she has worked as a choreographer, dancer and actress on a variety of projects. These include South Africa’s first and critically acclaimed immersive theatre production, music videos for prominent South African and French musicians and bands, large stage productions as well as local and international TV commercials.

Alice has coached and choreographed for competitive dancers and taught various classes and workshops at dance studios and performing arts schools around South Africa. She has also adjudicated on various panels of judges at national dance competitions. 

​

Alice is currently one of 10 choreographers selected to follow the 2019/2020 Incubateur de Chorégraphes (an incubator program for developing choreographers) with La Fabrique de la Danse in Paris, France.
